About PT-Arne

I'm Arne. I coach people who have lost their structure, feel overwhelmed, and want to get back on track—or those who are already doing well and want to take the next, bigger step. In both cases, the problem is rarely the training itself. It's everything around it: stress, sleep, priorities, mental space, and consistency.

For over 6 years, I have guided more than 100 people with precisely this. Busy professionals, people recovering from burnout, clients emerging from severe mental challenges, and everything in between. Different starting points—the same principle: small steps that accumulate and lead to lasting results.

My background

Not a standard PT route. I started in mental healthcare as a reintegration coach, where I helped people rebuild their lives after severe mental health issues, burnout, depression, and prolonged absence from work. Later, I combined that with training—because body and mind are not two separate journeys, but one whole.

Why I do this

A few years ago, I ended up at home with burnout. No energy. Overthinking. Headaches. Drained by every social contact. I had to completely rebuild myself—reintegrate, set priorities, and figure out what I really wanted.

Sports had always been a part of my life. I played football for 20 years and have been in the gym since I was 15. Movement has always been a part of my life. And I was good at coaching. So, I stopped separating the two.

Because that's the mistake almost everyone makes: treating the body and mind as two separate projects. They are not. You can't train away an overloaded nervous system, nor can you think your way to a stronger body. It is one whole—structure, habits, lifestyle, mindset, and training—and everything must work together before true growth occurs.
